A strong tea, the high grown black leaves give an earthy flavour with a few golden tips for smoothness.
Brewing: This finer cut leaf tea needs little brewing time. 1-3 minutes. Milk can be added, however we recommend you try your tea with out milk first as it can mask the delicate flavour of some teas. Teas to be served with milk or lemon should be brewed a little longer, 2-3 mins.
