This light and delicate green tea is hand curled and is a specialty of the Fujian province. It has an incredible subtle flavour that is reminiscent of white tea.

Brewing: 1-3mins. Use 75 Degrees. Very light colour to brew, almost like white tea.

Review:

Mark asked me to try this WITHOUT milk. It was delicous. A full flavour and very refreshing. Do not oversteep this tea as it will lose its bouquet.
