These carefully hand rolled leaves are referred by the Chinese as “Precious Eyebrows”. A smooth flavour that is less sweet than other green teas.
Brewing: Water should be used below boiling point. Brew for 2-3 mins. If you over brew the tea it will become bitter. Green tea can be used more than once.
