Brewing: Water should be used below boiling point. Brew for 2-3 mins. If you over brew the tea it will become bitter. Green tea can be used more than once.

This is a wonderful tea to use iced. I was looking for a tea to replace soft drinks with & this is superb!!! I just added 2tsp of sugar to the 1L of this tea (I used 1Tbs tea to 1L of water) & found that it suited my sweet tooth really well. It has a beautiful sweet berry flavor & no bitterness when brewed correctly - I'm definitely purchasing this one again & again & again :)
