Our organic Gyokuro has been freshly harvested last month and is from a JAS Certified Organic plantation in Kyoto.
Brewing: Water should be used below boiling point (50 - 60C degrees) Use more leaves than you normally would for green tea brew - You may feel wary of this due to the expensive nature of Gyokuro, however you can re-brew the leaves several times over. Brew for 2-3 mins, no longer, preferrably in a tea pot as the leaves need room to expand. Do not stir or mix tea while its brewing.
