Contains red clover, wild yam, sage, chasteberry tree and black cohosh. These herbs are thought to assist in reducing some of the symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flushes, night sweats, dryness and headaches.

Brewing: Use one teaspoon of herbs for each cup. Add boiling water to plunger/teaball or teapot. Let the herbs infuse for at least 5 minutes to ensure all the goodness is released. Add honey or lemon as desired.

Review:
Being at " that stage" in my life i thought i would give this tea a go. Lets face it hot flushes etc i could live without. I have been having a cup of this tea before retiring at night. Works for me! Sleeping well, no night sweats and no lingering headaches.
