Historically used to enhance the vision, Bilberry tea is thought to treat stomach problems and soothe the digestive tract. It is also said to assist in the treatment of diabetes. With natural antioxidants, Bilberry is thought to lower blood pressure, reduce clotting and improve blood supply to the nervous system.
Brewing: Use one teaspoon of herbs for each cup. Add boiling water to plunger/teaball or teapot. Let the herbs infuse for at least 5 minutes to ensure all the goodness is released. Add honey or lemon as desired.
