These full Chamomile flowers are tasty and refreshing. Chamomile is well known for its calming qualities. Its relaxing effects can be good for soothing tummy troubles and is suitable for children.
Brewing: Use one teaspoon of herbs for each cup. Add boiling water to plunger/teaball or teapot. Let the herbs infuse for at least 5 minutes to ensure all the goodness is released. Add honey or lemon as desired.
Chamomile should not be used during pregnancy or breast feeding.
