Brewing: Rooibos can be brewed as long as as you like with out ever going bitter in taste, unlike black teas there is no tannin. In South Africa it is more usual to drink rooibos with milk and sugar, but elsewhere it is usually served without.

Very nice with milk - only problem is running out! The lack of tannin and caffiene are a huge plus!
