'Not really tea' but beautifully sweet and tangy like a fresh crisp apple. Drink hot or cold as served in the Turkish Bazaars.

Brewing: Add a teaspoon of Turkish Apple to your favourite tea, hot or iced. Drink on its own as an Iced infusion. Combine equal parts Turkish Apple & boiling water, stir until dissolved and pour into iced water. Can add lemon, fruit or honey if desired. (Or add Vodka & soda!!!)
