This rare white tea is made from small buds & leaves picked in early spring, just before they open. A smooth velvety flavour that is elegantly spicy.

Brewing: The delicate nature of White Tea can be destroyed by water that is too hot and cause a bitter taste. Water should be below boiling point and white tea can be brewed up to 10 mins depending on individual taste.
